Right-click the icon and select "Properites"

On the "Shortcut" tab, click the "Change Icon" button

Select "Browse" and navigate to the folder where you downloaded the icon

Find the icon, select it and click OK

Click OK again to apply your changes

To whomever can answer this..

I work as a grapcic designer in a large congregation in Sweden. I've been trying to find out who is the artist and the producer of this image because I've made a book cover out of it that I'd like to get authorizer and sent to print.
Can anyone help me?
